Innfone Billing and Information System
The optional I.B.I.S. (Innfone Billing adn Information system), is an enhancement to teh already feature rich Innfone Lodging Telephone System.  This fully integrated computer adn specialized software turns your front desk into a comprehensive hospitality management system. Advanced features such as, guest names, complete call accounting, credit limits, room audits and an array of available reports, make the Innfone a powerful management system.

  • Room Ready Audit - Keep track of room vacancy, occupancy and rooms requiring cleaning.
  • Toll Restriction - The type of calls allowed by guest can be set at Check-In.
  • Credit Limit - A deposit can be made and credit limit set at Check-In.
  • Call Accounting - With built-in Call Accounting, costing of calls is readily available at all times. A flexible but easy to use method of adding markups, surcharges, and tax is available.
  • 911 Emergency Alert - When a gust deals 911 in an emergency, the console and operator stations are notified of the event and which room was involved.
  • User Login/Out - The InnFone allows each user to have there own unique password. The user name is associated with all transactions they process for future reference.
  • Maid Tracking - When the maid cleans an empty room, a code can be entered at the telephone in the room that the room is ready for occupancy.
  • PMS - Optional PMS Interface software is available for most Property Management Systems.
  • Room Charges-Each room can have a preset per night charge built in upon check-in. This charge will be printed along with teh call records upon check-out.
